Ekklesia Athens

Ekklesia Athens Ekklesia is the word Jesus used to describe His church. It is a group of people who gather for one common purpose.

We exist to know Jesus and make Him known to our communities, encouraging healthy relationships with God and one another.

Today we celebrate the appointment of faithful shepherds for our church family. The lives of Adam and Tabby Blaney and Bryan and Ann Hinkle are filled with faithfulness, love, and the fruit of the Spirit. We are thankful for their dedication to the Lord and His Church! Join us in praying for our elders as they serve with wisdom, humility, and love.

In Hebrews 3 and 4, we are reminded to hold fast our confession of Jesus Christ—the One greater than Moses, greater than Joshua, who leads us into God’s promised rest.

"Our confession of Jesus' saving work and reign grounds each moment in the hope of His promises, trust in His faithfulness, and rest in His presence."

Make plans to attend our next Steadfast Theology study on October 2!
