The June 2026 edition of The Venite is now here!

This month's newsletter celebrates the beginning of our 150th Anniversary year, including a recap of our kickoff celebration with Bishop Jennifer Baskerville-Burrows, the blessing of our anniversary evergreen tree, and the story behind our new 150th Celebration logo.

Inside, you'll also find Br. Aelred's reflection on the faithful vision of St. Paul’s founders and the future God is calling us to build together.

We invite you to read the full newsletter and stay connected to all that is happening in the life of our parish as we celebrate 150 years of faith, fellowship, and service.

Faith is often taking the next step before you can see the whole path. There are seasons when God doesn't reveal every detail. Instead, He gently teaches us to trust His heart more than our own understanding. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5-6 🙏

If you're walking through uncertainty today, remember: God is already in the places you're worried about tomorrow. The road ahead may feel unclear, but His presence never leaves you without direction. At Mindful Christianity, our mission is to create faith-filled content that helps people find peace, hope, and encouragement in every season of life. Through devotionals, worship playlists, guided moments with God, prayers, and daily inspiration, we strive to point hearts back to Jesus.

If this ministry has encouraged your walk with God, would you consider supporting our mission through the link in bio? Every share, prayer, and contribution helps us continue creating content that reaches people with the love, peace, and hope of Christ around the world. 💜

Healing begins when someone chooses not to pass their pain on to the next person. Grace breaks cycles. Compassion softens hearts. Kindness changes futures. “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” — Romans 12:21 💜

The world teaches retaliation, but Jesus teaches restoration. You may not be able to change the past, but through God’s love, you can help create a gentler future. If you need encouragement for your journey, our devotionals, peaceful worship playlists, guided prayer resources, and monthly ministry support community are all linked in bio. Thank you for helping us continue sharing God’s peace, healing, and hope online every day.

A little quiz for this Presidents’ Day

Today is Presidents' Day. Of the 45 American Presidents, 13 have been Episcopalians, more than any other denomination. Two others were married to First Ladies who were Episcopalians, and several others frequently attended Episcopal services, but never joined. Can you name the 13 Presidents who were Episcopalians?
