Hosting isn’t about perfection or extravagant plans. It’s about opening your home and heart to create safe, intentional spaces where connection can grow. These sweet everyday moments are where trust is built and lives are impacted in lasting ways.

What if “not enough time” becomes moments that change a family forever?
What if “we have nothing in common” becomes friendship, laughter, and doing life together?
What if ordinary people saying “yes” is exactly how family preservation begins?

At My Village Ministries, we’ve seen over and over again that you don’t have to be perfect, gifted, or have all the answers to make an impact. You just have to be willing to show up, love people well, and trust God with the rest. 🤍

Sometimes hosting looks like a toddler giggling on a trampoline while loving volunteers step in so a young mom can attend her work orientation. 💙

One of our hosted teen moms was able to take an important next step toward stability and independence because people in the church said “yes” to helping. From babysitting to encouragement to simply showing up, these moments matter deeply.

We love getting to watch practical support turn into hope, confidence, and opportunity for young families.

We are so thankful for for saying yes and stepping in to keep families together!

You’re invited to MVM’s 4th Annual Family Fun Night! 🎉

One of our favorite evenings of the year is back- a night where host families, referring families, volunteers, and community come together for food, fun, laughter, and connection. 💙

This event is all about celebrating relationships that continue long after a hosting ends.
Families will enjoy:
💙 Dinner & community
💙 A giant waterslide (bring swimsuits for the kiddos!)
💙 A chance for referring families to “shop” clothing & supplies for their children
