Registration is now open for a Sexual Abuse Prevention Workshop hosted by the South Carolina Baptist Convention at Spring Valley Baptist Church on Sept. 23.

This is a free training that includes lunch, so registration is required. Participants are also asked to bring copies of their church's bylaws, policies and procedures to the workshop.

CMBA churches are encouraged to participate in the next Executive Team meeting held on Tues., Sept. 15, at 6:30pm at Palmetto Life Church, 2204 Park Street in Columbia.

In addition to a brief business session, prayer will be a primary focus of our time together that evening. Desserts and coffee will be served.
