This September join us for "Awaken at Rockbridge". We will be welcoming a different speaker each week to help us grow closer to Christ!

This Sunday Erica and Gabe Wait and their family join us.
Following the service join us for our September fellowship dinner! Also don't forget that church directory photos and updates will be taking place before and after service.

A little about the Waits:
Erica and her husband, Gabe, live in El Dorado Springs, Missouri, with their three children. Claire, almost 14, was born in Taiwan, and God knitted her into the Wait family 13 years ago. Abigail, 9, became part of their family five years ago through adoption from Liberia. Asa, who turns 2 in December, was a complete surprise and beautiful gift from God after 15 years of marriage.

Erica and Gabe have spent much of their married life serving in missions, first in New York City and later in Albania, where they worked among the Roma people -- some of the poorest people in Europe. God brought them home during COVID. Today, Gabe works exclusively with people in ministry & missions as a travel advisor, helping missionaries around the world. He also continues his work in missions right here on home soil, having started a ministry to serve and build relationships with people experiencing homelessness in their community.

Erica is a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a full-time mama. She serves on the COGH World Missions Board and teaches discipleship in churches and among their works around the world. Above all, Erica and Gabe love seeing people know Jesus deeply, follow Him faithfully, and help others do the same.

What a great Sunday of worship, fellowship and encouragement!
We were blessed by the music of Brent Vernon, were encouraged not to try and run someone else's race by Nathan Billington, celebrated Jack Ravenscraft turning 100, and prayed and fellowshipped with one another.
