Our summer worship schedule continues through Labor Day weekend. But as we approach the start of our program year, we have a couple of training opportunities for class leaders and acolytes, as well as a MORE Justice organizing meeting after the 10:00 a.m. service. And our Daughters of the Holy Cross women’s ministry group will provide lemonade on the lawn.

As we get ready for the 2026-27 program year ahead, we hope you'll come to our Rally Day ministry fair this Sunday to learn more about all the ministries we offer. Whether you'd like to teach Sunday school, volunteer in the kitchen, join the Care of Creation team, offer support to parishioners experiencing a challenge, connect with our mission partners, or play a role in our worship services, there is a place for you to get involved!

With joy and gratitude, we welcome our new dean, the Very Rev. Cameron Nations, to celebrate his first services at Trinity this Sunday!
Our 10:00 a.m. service will include Holy Baptism, and the Blessing of the Backpacks. Students of all ages are invited to bring their backpacks to the service and receive a special blessing for a safe, healthy and successful school year.
Following the 10:00 a.m. service, join us for a reception to celebrate our newly baptized members, and to welcome Dean Nations and his family.

As school starts back, this is a great time to think about joining a choir! The Cathedral Choir of Boys has one space open for the fall, and the Choir of Girls is on a waiting list basis. There is plenty of room for new singers in the Trinity Youth Chorus and Primary Choir, and we are also scheduling auditions for the Choir of Adults. This Sunday, we welcome Cameron and Roberto Vivanco to preach and teach at Trinity! They are diocesan missionaries in Quito, Ecuador, where Cameron is the co-founder and director of Education=Hope (e=h) and Roberto serves in pastoral leadership at the English Fellowship Church.
Undesignated donations in the offering plate this week will be donated to e=h and the Vivancos to support their work.

This Sunday marks our last services with the Rev. Rocky Dworak, who has served as our deacon for the past year and is now being called to serve at St. Mary's Episcopal Church on St. Andrew's Road. We'll bid a fond farewell to Rocky and his wife Di after the 10:00 a.m. service.

Please note: We will not be able to offer a livestream of our 10:00 a.m. service this week. We are in the midst of installing a new sound system, and our previous system has been disabled. We have temporary speakers set up in the Cathedral, but they won't support the livestream. By next week, we hope to launch a new and improved system! We appreciate your flexibility this week.
