Northern Missouri (NoMo) Women's Ministries exists to equip women to serve Jesus in their communities, churches and homes.

NoMo Women's Ministies is a branch of the National Women's Department of the Assemblies of God. Kristi Weyer is the NoMo Women's Ministries leader.

It’s getting real ladies!! 16 more days till we see each other!!! I am so excited to spend the weekend with you. Deadline for free t-shirt is Aug 26. There is no deadline on the registration- however it sure helps my anxiety if you could hope on NOMOAG.ORG and register if you know you are coming!

Registrations are going well and I am anxious for you to meet my friend Dr. Deanna Shrodes. You are going to love how “real” she is. She will have some of her newly released
books for sale.

I will have a small amount of theme based shirts- jewelry and stickers for waterbottles on sale at the conference- first come first serve. I will post pictures later.

You will receive your shirts on Friday night so we can all wear them together on Saturday. The t-shirts are white with orange and black print, now you know what to bring for pants/shoes/jewelry/ purses …..jk!

Remember to bring an offering for our missions project ….this year we are focusing on a local ministry in Excelsior Springs called Selah Christian Women Ministries.

Just a reminder that registration is open for Flourish Women's Conference this fall~it will be here before we know it. There are limited rooms available at the campgrounds so if you want to stay there it would be good to register soon. Registration has started.
If you are a woman who holds credentials in our district or are married to someone who is . . . then this is for you. The NOMO District invites you to come and be spiritually refreshed, emotionally healed and make some lifelong connections with likeminded women. Evelyn is a great communicator who has a passion for women in ministry.
We will begin our time together on Friday at 5pm for a free dinner at Los Amigos- one of the best Mexican restaurants in this area. If you’ll let me know you are coming I can reserve a table big enough for all of us to sit together.
At 7pm, we will begin our service and time of ministry, which is the #1 reason we come together. We will end our evening with an epic bunco game with prizes and plenty of laughter to go along with it.

Saturday we will resume ministry after our hotel provided breakfast.
A lunch will be provided at noon and then we will end our time together at 3pm.

Registration covers all your expenses while we are together except for your hotel room. You will need to make your hotel reservation and pay for it.

Come and join us for food- fellowship and fun. This is a great opportunity to connect with other like minded women- this time last year the roads were horrible but we had almost 30 ladies show up!!! Well- looks like with these cold temps- we are looking at another large attendance. (For some reason we come out in bad weather!)

NOMOAG Flourish Conference 24 is in the books. Thank you all for coming to my birthday party!! What a great weekend. Thank you especially to Radiant Life AG for their incredible ability to host and make a space for God. Always remember that….God’s tenacious and unconditional love for you changes everything !!

Section 1 & 5 this is for you- all pastor wives welcome. There is a 15 passenger van leaving Trenton at 4:30pm and will pick up along the way. Please message if you are interested in knowing more about this event or need a ride.
We have a fun night planned for you and we have a pretty good group already RSVP’d - we would like to know if you are coming so we can make sure we have a place for you at the table. It is Dutch treat so don’t forget your wallet.

FOR THOSE STAYING AT LAKE MAURER RETREAT CENTER- HERE IS SOME INFORMATION FOR YOU.

Directions:
The address is 901 Lake Maurer Road, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024
There are two entrances into the campgrounds. You will enter at the sign that reads, “Lake Maurer Retreat Center Entrance”
There are a few houses and offices at the gate, go past them, then a big field on the left, as you turn a slight curve past the trees there is Pettet Lodge.
Parking is in front of the lodge.

Check-In:
The building will be unlocked at noon on Friday. What time you check-in will be up to you. It will be self-check-in. There will be a table with your room numbers and room mates. Your room will also be unlocked and there are no keys available. We are not responsible for stolen items so be careful with your valuables.
Please do not enter other room besides the ones you or your group are given or invited into.

Kristi at 66-654-4416 (off grounds) or Heather at 660-973-3650 (on grounds).

The building doors will be locked after 11pm. After that time someone inside will have to let you in. They will be unlocked again in the morning.

Breakfast:
There will be a breakfast served in the Dining Hall. Largest building to the right of the lodge as you stand on porch of lodge. There is sign that says Dining Hall.
Breakfast is served from 7:30am-8:00am and the dining hall closes at 8:30am. That means you can come at 7:59am (Food will no longer be available after 8am) and get your breakfast and have 30 minutes to eat and visit.

There are cute boutiques and shops downtown Excelsior Springs
you can explore if you come early or stay later on Saturday.

What to Bring:
Bedding and Towels will be provided.
However, I am suggesting that everyone bring their own pillow and a blanket. That is what I will be doing.
