New Hope In-Person Worship Cancellation for Sunday, January 25 -

Due to the predicted inclement weather, we are canceling in-person worship for tomorrow, January 25th. We will have a pre-recorded service for the third Sunday after Epiphany on our New Hope youtube channel tomorrow morning at 10, featuring Pastor Mo as preacher.

New Hope Snow Emergency Plan for
Sunday, January 25

God gives snow like wool; God scatters frost like ashes, who can stand before God's cold?


Given the upcoming snow emergency and it's impact on Sunday morning worship, New Hope wanted to share how you can find out whether worship has been moved to a pre-recorded service.

By 6:00 PM Saturday evening, check the following New Hope points of communication about Sunday morning worship.

2. Check the digital sign outside
3. Email will go out to the Great Expectations mailing list
4. Information will be posted on Facebook.

MLK Day of Service. Bean Soup bags for CCC, PBJ Lunches for Baltimore Homeless, Personal Care Kits for LWR, Snack bags and feminine hygiene bags for HoCo PIT Count, Socks for Grassroots Day Resource Center at Leola Dorsey.

What a beautiful way to spread Love to our neighbors near and far.

MLK Day of Service is Monday, 10 am to noon in the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome. We have projects that will help our neighbors near and far. All Are Welcome!!!

We still need supplies for these projects. Donations can be left in the bins outside the front doors, brought to church on Sunday or come with you on Monday.

Lunch-size bags of chips/pretzels/popcorn, lunch-size, individually wrapped sweets like cookies, rice-krispie treats, fruit or applesauce cups
Assorted size sanitary pads, feminine hygiene wipes, individual size tissues, individual hand sanitizers, bath size (3-4 oz) bars of soap
Dry beans: red, kidney, pinto, black, split pea, navy, white, yellow, and orange lentils, zip-close bags: sandwich, quart, and gallon sizes

Little Free Library update. One of our libraries has been removed as it was in need of repair. Two brand new libraries have been ordered and should arrive next week. They will be installed as quickly as possible. We do not need books at this time but encourage you to continue placing books in the libraries.
