The world is full of pain, disappointments, sickness, and misery. But we believe in the God who "sent His only Son" to give each of us "life more abundantly" (John 3:16, John 10:10). This life of abundance may not be what exactly what we think we want, but it will fill us with unimaginable peace. And it will give us hope when we think all hope is gone. Our mission: Sharing hope and wholeness thro
ugh the healing power of Christ. Our desire: To walk with you in life's journey, supporting each other, encouraging one another, and lifting our eyes to behold Jesus Christ as He truly is. We're also here to offer training and resources for those who want to learn how to help other find the abundant life. We support local Seventh-day Adventist churches through the organizational structure of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. And we partner with organizations who share our mission and values. Looking at evidence-based health information through the lens of God's Word, we find much more than healing of our physical ailments. We find strength of body, mind, and spirit. And we find this best in community with others. These areas of our lives are all interconnected and cannot be neglected if we want to be truly whole. Our God has lovingly given us divine principles to follow in order to achieve optimal health, and we are called to receive the many benefits of living by these principles. We believe our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and we must care for it intelligently so we can fully experience God’s presence and discern His will in our lives. By adopting the most healthful lifestyle with adequate exercise, rest, and a healthy diet, by abstaining from things that harm our mind and body, by nurturing healthy interpersonal relationships, by maintaining a positive outlook and hopeful attitude, and by seeking to know God deeply and trusting in His leading of our lives we can begin to experience an abundant life today while also making a positive impact in the lives of those around us. Life is a journey. Health is also a journey. Where ever you are on that road, others are traveling the same path, and with their own personal stories to share. And God wants to travel with us, too. Whether you are looking for God, or just looking for health information, we hope we can be a resource and a support to you. This is your journey. Travel well.
