Friends, the children of Jacmel, Haiti need our support. We need funds to pay for their school fees, clothes, food and other supports. They have no other support. 100% of money raised goes directly to Jacmel to take care of these beloved children. They are growing in intelligence, skills and commitment to be a part of Haiti’s future transformation.

Rather than aspire to leave the country, they are aspiring to be problem-solvers, community leaders and creators of economies. They are learning to grow and prepare food, construct and maintain buildings, design and make clothing, teach and support other children, and to serve their community and their country in many other ways. We are not just giving them fish. We are feeding and nurturing them while they learn to fish.

Any donation, even as small as $5 would go a long way for this school year’s expenses.

🌟 Meet Ashley José, a resilient 14-year-old who has overcome immense challenges to change her life’s trajectory through education. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, in the devastating year of the 2010 earthquake, Ashley’s journey has been anything but easy.

Despite early hardships and the absence of her mother, Ashley’s unyielding spirit has brought her to the J.A. Arnold Clermont Memorial Foundation, where she has thrived academically and personally. For the first time, she’s attending school equipped with books, uniforms, and a support system dedicated to her success. Her favorite subjects have ignited a love for learning, leading her to achieve an impressive 7.12/10 average last quarter.

We are inspired every day by Ashley’s determination and the bright smile she brings to school. Her story is a testament to the transformative power of education and community support. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to making this possible. Ashley’s journey is just beginning, and her dreams are as limitless as her potential.
