Holy High Priest Ella Mae Hill was born April 1950 in Hopkins SC to the late Mr.

David Belton Sr. and Mrs. Mary Belton. She is the 5th child of seven children. High Priest Hill married Wilbert H. Hill Jr. on July 11 1970; they have three children and six grandchildren. After her sister Holy High Priest Doctor Bishop Jones receive the Holy Ghost she told High Priest Pastor Hill that Jesus saves and that she can be filled with the Holy Ghost. d the Holy Ghost. She has been saved since March 1982. God has ordained her first, Missionary then Minister, Asst. Pastor, and Pastor. She is also our Sunday School teacher. She became the overseer of Apostle by Faith after the passing of Holy High Priest Linda Jones. Many people has been saved healed and delivered through her Ministry. Holy High Priest Hill has a favorite saying, “Do what God says do, how He says do it; and when He says do it.”
Apostle by Faith is blessed to have a true Pastor/Bishop who practices what she preaches, as well as a living example. Who’s light shines where ever she goes.
