Many generations of faithful people have come to St. Peter's to seek the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ and to worship him in the beauty of holiness. We are honored to be the successors of such good folks, but we are more than a place with a history. We are a dynamic, active and joyful faith community, seeking to serve Christ and to make disciples to share his love. If you are looking for a new

On Sundays we celebrate the Holy Eucharist at 8:00 am (Rite I) and 10:15 am (Rite II). Sunday school for all ages is at 9:15 am. We have a mid-week Service of Holy Eucharist with anointing and prayers for healing on Wednesdays at 10:30 am. First Presbyterian Church in downtown Columbia has warmly invited our youth and adult volunteers to participate in their VBS! Check the Order of Worship on Sunday for more information, or visit their website to register!

Just a reminder to register for VBS! Registration deadline is June 8th.

We are also asking each participant to bring a can of “pop-top” Progresso Chicken & Homestyle Noodle Soup to support unhoused individuals in our community through The Family Center. And if you are able to help, we still need five volunteers to make this a great week for our kids. We can’t wait for an amazing VBS!

This Sunday, May 24, is Whitsunday! Traditionally celebrated at historic St. John's Ashwood, Whitsunday marks the arrival of the Holy Spirit to the Apostles and other followers after Jesus Christ's crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension.

**UPDATE for the picnic on Sunday** Due to the concern for thunderstorms on Sunday, the picnic has been cancelled. The Whitsunday service at 10:00 am will still go on as planned!

This morning we had the pleasure of honoring our acolytes and graduates! Our acolytes received their new ribbons to indicate the number of years they have served. As for our graduates, these students have worked so hard and we are incredibly proud of their hard work. We know they will go on to do great things!
