We are excited to announce that Srinivasa Deevi Charyulu will join HTCC as our new permanent priest. He brings 14 years of experience, exceptional knowledge of Sri Vaikhanasa Agama, and fluency in multiple languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Marathi.

Highlights of Qualifications and Experience:
• Studied Vaikhanasa Agamam Prathistha and Vaikhanasa Smartham at esteemed TTD institutions.
• Served as a priest in renowned temples in India and Mauritius, specializing in Brahmotsavas, Kalyanotsavas, and other sevas.
• Skilled in Alankaram, Astrology, Sri Chakra, and Navavarana Archana.

2024 SHARING THE WARMTH Winter Clothing Drive

Please consider donating lightly used or new winter clothing and/or funds to buy blankets, caps, gloves and scarves to keep our fellow Columbia residents warm during this winter.
The Sharing the Warmth Drive, initiated in 2013 supports two local agencies - Columbia Public Schools and the City of Refuge.
This year’s drive is coordinated by Reva Kulkarni and Parth Gupta. Please support them wholeheartedly.

*Friday Nov 15th - Samuhika Sri Satyanarayana Vratam*
This Vratam is a Hindu ritual performed in groups on the evening of every Karthika Purnima . Each sponsor family will have their own puja set up (Co ordinators will set it up) and will follow the priest's instructions to conduct the puja according to the shastras.

A Karthika masam puja is considered auspicious, as it brings prosperity and peace to a family.

Temple provides the necessary puja samagri. Sponsor families can bring prasad to God and any other items they wish to share with other devotees.
