What a beautiful morning at our GYWA “Prayer CHAINges Things” 5th Saturday Prayer Breakfast! 🙏🏽💜💪🏽

We were reminded of the power of women linking together in prayer. And today, we didn’t just talk about prayer, but we linked our prayers together! Each woman added her prayer to the chain, reminding us that we don’t have to carry our burdens alone. We stood together, prayed together, believed together, and are expecting God to move TOGETHER! Prayers were linked, chains were broken, and we left CHAINged! 🙌🏾

SO REMEMBER… I pray for YOU. You pray for ME. And watch God CHAINge things! ⛓️⛓️‍💥🙏🏾💜

The GYWA had such a beautiful time doing our Junk Journal Project at the GWA & GYWA Joint Retreat! 💜✂️📖

With every page, every picture, every word, and every embellishment, we were reminded that God can take all the pieces of our lives, the beautiful, the broken, the messy, and even the parts we thought didn’t belong, and create a testimony worth telling. 🗣️🙌🏽

Our journals may all look different, because our stories are different, but every page tells the same truth… WE SURVIVED, WE HEALED, AND GOD GETS THE GLORY! 💜💪🏽🙌🏽

On behalf of the Gethsemane Young Woman’s Auxiliary, we extend our heartfelt love, prayers, and deepest sympathy to Pastor Gerald Tucker, the Riley and Tucker families, and the entire New Beginnings Baptist Church family in the passing of First Lady Julia Riley Tucker.

Our hearts are truly heavy, yet we stand in faith, honoring a life that was poured out in love, service, and dedication to God and His people. First Lady Tucker’s legacy speaks loudly through the lives she touched, and her impact will continue to live on.

Pastor Tucker and family, please know that you are not alone. We are covering you in prayer, asking God to strengthen you, comfort you, and carry you through this difficult time like only He can.
