We are thrilled to announce that our recent toy drive was a success! Thanks to your support of Meredith’s Toy Box we collected $3,000.00 and 164 toys.

We presented these donations to Kate Archer, Asst. Director of Kid's Place/ A Child Advocacy Center at their Columbia location yesterday. Kate gave us a tour and we were excited to see the Bear Wall where a plaque honoring Meredith Campbell Bybee’s memory resides along with the toy box and bear clothes for the children that enter their doors. A special thanks to Bella with Bella Ryann Creations for the beautiful mural she painted that adds so much interest to the Bear Wall. Meredith loved flowers and butterflies and we were overjoyed to see this addition to the space that honors Meredith’s legacy, to provide a toy for every child served by Kid’s Place.

Thanks to everyone that donated, shared our posts, and helped us make an impact. These donations will go directly to help the children supported by Kid’s Place. Your contribution of Teddy Bears and Barbies will help provide children with a sense of normalcy and happiness during what can be a stressful time. Because of your willingness to give, many children will receive a toy of their very own that will bring comfort in their time of need. The monetary donations will allow Kid’s Place to purchase the items needed on their wish list such as food, drinks, hygiene items, and toys.
