There is something extra sweet about seeing preschoolers make cards for someone who has spent a lifetime serving the Lord!✨✨

Tonight our preschoolers made retirement cards for Bro. Tom Thurman, wishing him a happy retirement and thanking him for his years of faithful service. 🫶🏻

For 20 years, Bro. Tom has faithfully led our Senior Adult Ministry, and his impact on our church reaches every generation. We are so thankful for him and excited to celebrate all God has done through his ministry. Congratulations, Bro. Tom! We love you and are cheering you on in this new season. ❤️✝️

❤️Tonight we learned what it means to walk by faith and trust God even when we cannot see what’s ahead. The kids had so much fun creating their own blindfolds and then using them in games and activities that taught us to trust and follow our guide.

We talked about how, just like they had to trust their friends to help lead them, we can trust God to guide us through life even when we do not know what’s coming next.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7

There were LOTS of laughs, some very creative “blind” drawings, and sweet reminders that God is always leading us. So thankful for these precious kiddos and all the fun we have while learning about Jesus each week. 🫶🏻👣❤️

Wednesday nights are just the best 💛

Our preschool and children’s ministry had the sweetest time tonight enjoying popsicles and playing together on the playground! There is nothing better than hearing their laughter, seeing their friendships grow, and watching them experience joy in such a simple, fun way.

We are so thankful for these little moments and the opportunity to love on these kids each week. 🥹

Good Friday ✝️

I’m so thankful today for what Jesus did for us… because of the cross, we have hope, joy, and new life. What a beautiful reminder going into Easter weekend 💛

Tiny hands + a little paint = the cutest baby chicks you’ve ever seen! 🐣💛

Our 2 year olds had so much fun today in our Preschool Ministry with Ms. Lauren and Ms. Laken! (They even managed to get a picture 😅)

These sweet handprint chicks are a reminder that God made each child wonderfully and with purpose!
