Journey of Repentance The purpose of repentance is to make continual correction in your life by applying what you learn from seeking God, in order to prepare for the Kingdom of God.

It is a life long journey! As you study the Bible and learn what sin is, you should be looking for opportunities for growth in your life and find ways to apply what you are learning in a practical way.

Your name is not an accident. Neither is the day you were born.

Did you know that in Hebrew, every letter is also a number โ€” and every name carries meaning? For thousands of years, students of Scripture have looked at names and numbers as clues to calling and purpose.

We built a free tool that shows you yours:

โœก๏ธ The Hebrew Gematria value of your name ๐Ÿ”ข Your Life Path number from your birthdate ๐Ÿ“– The biblical meaning behind each one โ€” with Scripture, not superstition

To be clear: this is not astrology or fortune-telling. It's a Scripture-grounded devotional tool โ€” a fresh way to sit with the question, "Lord, what did You make me for?"

Try it โ€” it takes about 30 seconds:

Discover Your Life Path ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://howdoirepent.org/resources/life-path/

Then come back and tell us: did your name's meaning surprise you? ๐Ÿ‘‡

Discover your Life Path through the Hebrew language and the Bible. Did you know Jesus tied His own return to something Jerusalem must say?

Not to a date. Not to a headline. To a welcome.

"You will not see me again until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.'" โ€” Matthew 23:39

Read that again. Jesus didn't say His return was blocked by world events, or armies, or politics. He said He is waiting for Jerusalem's "yes."

That changes how you read everything โ€” the restoration of Israel, the Jewish people's return to the land, and the growing number of Jewish people rediscovering Yeshua. Israel's "yes" is still part of the story. It was never written out.

This teaching walks through what Jesus actually said, why it matters for both Jews and Christians, and what it means to pray toward that welcome:

Jerusalem Must Welcome Him Home ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://howdoirepent.org/resources/jerusalem-must-welcome-him-home/

If you love Israel โ€” or you've ever wondered how the Jewish people fit into the return of the Messiah โ€” this is the missing piece. Share it with someone who prays for Jerusalem. ๐Ÿ™

Why Israel's โ€œyesโ€ is still part of the story โ€” Jesus tied His visible return to the moment Jerusalem welcomes Him: โ€œBlessed is he who comes in the name of the Lordโ€ (Matthew 23:38โ€“39).

Have you ever wondered why death feels so wrong?

Why do we grieve so deeply? Why does something in us insist that love should never end?

Here's the answer Scripture gives: because we were never designed for death. God created us to live forever โ€” and everything from Eden to the empty tomb is the story of Him getting us back to that.

This is one of the simplest, most story-shaped teachings we've published. It walks from Adam in the Garden, through the door of death, to Jesus โ€” the second Adam โ€” who opened the way back. Written so anyone, at any age, can follow it:

๐ŸŒฟ Why God connected life to staying close to Him ๐Ÿšช What actually happened when Adam said no โœ๏ธ How Jesus, the "second Adam," got it right on our behalf ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ How you get adopted into the family โ€” no perfection required ๐ŸŒ… The hope of getting back to forever

We Were Made to Live Forever ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://howdoirepent.org/resources/we-were-made-to-live-forever/

If you know someone wrestling with loss, or someone who's never heard God's plan explained simply โ€” this one is for them. Share it. โค๏ธ

How did a faith born entirely Jewish end up separated from its Jewish roots for nearly 2,000 years?

A Jewish Messiah. Jewish apostles. Jewish Scriptures. Yet for centuries, the church defined itself against the Jewish people.

And now โ€” at the very moment Israel has been restored as a nation โ€” Christians around the world are rediscovering the Jewish roots of their faith. That's not a coincidence. It's a story.

We just published the complete 8-part series tracing that story: ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Roman persecution under the Caesars โš”๏ธ The great separation between church fathers and rabbis ๐Ÿ‘‘ Constantine, when theology became law โœ๏ธ Medieval Christendom, the Crusades, and the Inquisition ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ Israel's exile โ€” and astonishing restoration ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Where it's all heading: the hope of Zechariah 14

Start here and read the whole story in order:

If this history was never taught in your church, share this so others can discover it too.

The Relationship Between Israel, the Church, and Political Power
From the apostles through the Middle Ages and eventually to the modern Messianic Jewish movement ๐Ÿ‘‰ Part 1:

How Roman persecution of believers evolved across eight emperors โ€” from the Pax Romana of Augustus, through Nero's first targeted persecution and the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70, to Domitian's demand for emperor worship that forms the backdrop of Revelation.
