There are moments when silence becomes sin.
When obedience to God demands disobedience to man.

Government is ordained by God — a tool for good and His glory. But when government crosses the line and commands what God forbids, or forbids what God commands, believers must take their stand.

Civil disobedience is not rebellion — it’s allegiance to a higher Kingdom.
We must harness the American spirit but submit it to the Holy Spirit.

“We must obey God rather than men.” — Acts 5:29

What Justifies Civil Disobedience?
When government requires one to violate Scripture:
1️⃣ Pharaoh’s infanticide of innocents
2️⃣ Jericho’s slaying of spies
3️⃣ Babylon’s idolatry of an image
4️⃣ Jezebel’s persecution of prophets
5️⃣ Herod’s slaughtering of sons
6️⃣ Religious leaders muting the message
7️⃣ Antichrist’s surrender of souls

Each of these moments forced believers to choose: compromise or conviction.

In today’s world — with pressure mounting to conform to cultural idols — may we be found faithful, even when it costs us comfort.

Obey God. Stand firm. Speak truth. Love boldly.

We live in an age that celebrates agreeing with everything and offending no one.
But truth—by its very nature—divides.

Being a follower of Jesus means more than affirming what is good and true.
It also means rejecting what is false, harmful, and ungodly.

This doesn’t mean rage wars on social media or shouting matches in comment sections.
It means quietly and courageously living in such a way that people know what you believe—
and what you won’t bow to.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind…”
— Romans 12:2

In our words, work, and witness, may it be clear that our allegiance belongs to Christ—
not culture, not politics, not comfort.

Stand firm. Speak truth. Live set apart.

The most loved—and hated—book in history.
But the Bible isn’t just a book.

It’s a divine story written through ordinary people—prisoners, poets, prophets, and kings—across 1,500 years, three continents, and three languages… all telling one story: Jesus Christ.

If you’ve grown numb to Scripture, pause and remember—
every word you read is God Himself speaking to you.
This isn’t ancient ink on paper.
It’s the living, breathing Word that still changes hearts today.

Open it again.
Let the Author speak.

“The anxious generation needs what the church has to offer—hope, embodied connection, and stability in a tumultuous time.” — Nick Harsh

Our world is restless.
Anxiety is rising.
People are desperate for something real.

The answer isn’t found in self-help, politics, or distractions—it’s found in the presence of God and the community of His people.

The Church was never meant to mirror the chaos of culture but to anchor it in truth, love, and unshakable hope. 🕊️

“A man doesn’t go to war because he hates what’s in front of him, but because he loves what’s behind him.”

We don’t preach truth out of hate or pride — we preach it out of love.
Love for the Church. Love for families. Love for the next generation.

From this pulpit, you’ll always hear the virgin birth, the sinless life, the atoning death, the resurrection, the ascension, and the soon-coming return of Jesus Christ.

We will not bend to culture.
We will not water down truth.
We will not stop contending for the faith.

Because shepherds protect their flock — even when it means going to war with wolves.

From this pulpit I will preach the WHOLE counsel of God.

Don’t lose sight of the Miracle Worker.

We often get so caught up in seeking miracles that we forget who they’re meant to point us to. Miracles are not the end goal—they are signs and wonders meant to direct our eyes to Jesus Christ.

Yes, embrace them. Yes, anticipate them. Yes, celebrate them. But never forget: the miracle itself is not the prize. The One who works miracles is.

➡️ Fix your gaze on the Miracle Worker, not just the miracle.

🔥 The God of the Old Testament isn’t different from the God of the New Testament. 🔥

Atheist Richard Dawkins once called the God of the Old Testament “the most unpleasant character in all fiction.” Why? Because when he reads the Bible, he sees wrath in the Old Testament and “love” in the New Testament — as if God somehow changed.

But Acts 5 says otherwise. When Ananias and Sapphira lied to the Holy Spirit, God struck them dead on the spot. That’s not “Old Testament wrath” — that’s the holiness of God on display in the New Testament church.

Here’s the truth:
✅ God’s wrath and grace are woven through BOTH Testaments.
✅ Jesus Christ is “the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).
✅ We don’t apologize for who God is — His justice makes His mercy shine even brighter.

The timeline changes. His character never does.
