Narrated by acclaimed actor Martin Sheen, "American Martyr: The Stanley Rother Story" reveals the witness of the first American-born priest recognized as a martyr by the Catholic Church, whose courage, sacrificial love, and unwavering faith continue to inspire people around the world. Born on a farm in Oklahoma, Bl. Stanley Rother eventually left to serve the Indigenous Tz'utujil people of San Atitlan, Guatemala during their time of civil unrest.
