UNIFYING PRINCIPLE, Our bad choices can land us in a hole from which we find it impossible to climb out. LESSON AIM, Leadership should never be approached lightly or based solely on personal strength. LIFE AIM, True Christian leadership is recognized by evidence of God's presence. SUNDAY SCHOOL LESSON FOR SUNDAY MAY 24,2026 A WELL-EARNED REST. SCRIPTURE MARK2:18-28. UNIFYING TOPIC THE CHRISTIAN VIEW OF RECREATION. THE MAIN THOUGHT MARK 2:27-28. UNIFYING PRINCIPLE, As Christians,We are instructed to value fasting and feasting as well as work and rest. LESSON AIM, God's design for a healthy, Spirit -led, purpose - prioritized life. LIFE AIM, Rest, reflection, and recreation have their place in a healthy Christian walk. Life places many demands on us, and those demands often pull on our time, energy , emotions, and attention all at once. Jesus offered a way of life that brought rest, clarity , and peace. Jesus way brings rest, not exhaustion, freedom, not pressure, clarify, not confusion. When rules become more important than people, the heart of God is lost in our lives.
