You may fast in whatever way you feel led. It could be one meal, multiple meals, or abstaining from certain foods, activities, or pleasures. The purpose is not simply what you give up, but drawing closer to God through prayer, consecration, and self-denial. This is a journey to bring our flesh under subjection! Whatever form your fast takes, do it sincerely and unto the Lord.
