A while back, our elevators broke down, which really created a daily struggle for many of the sisters here at Benet Hill Monastery. But thanks to your incredible kindness, not only is the struggle over, but we got the chance to make this fun little video to say thank you!

With deep gratitude, we extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you who helped us restore the elevators. Your generosity has truly made a difference in our daily lives. For many sisters, climbing the stairs is a real challenge, and having the elevators working again has brought such comfort and ease.

It's more than a convenience — it's a gift of accessibility, dignity, and inclusion that allows all of us to fully share in the life of our monastery. Your support reminds us that we are not alone.

Please know how deeply we appreciate your care. You are part of our extended community, and we hold you in prayerful gratitude each day.

It's our tradition at Benet Hill to remember our beloved deceased sisters, family members, and friends in prayer throughout the month of November. We would be honored to remember your loved ones too by adding their names to our Book of Remembrance.

Please send us the names of your friends and family members who have died November 2024 - October 2025 by Thursday, October 30. We will add their names to our Book of Remembrance and during our worship service on November 2, the Feast of All Souls, we will celebrate an entrance rite to begin remembering our precious ones during this season of remembering.

We invite you to a unique and enriching retreat, where you will have the opportunity to explore the ancient practice of culturally modified trees by the Ute People.

Come to learn about how the Ute People shaped trees to mark trails, medicinal sites, and sacred places. These living artifacts offer a unique window into the past and the wisdom of Indigenous practices

Come to enjoy the peace and tranquility of our beautiful monastery grounds. This retreat provides a perfect setting for reflection, meditation, and reconnecting with nature and your inner self.

Come to gain a deeper understanding of the Ute Indian tribes and their relationship with the natural world. This retreat is an opportunity to honor and appreciate the rich heritage and traditions of the Ute People.

Thank you University of Colorado Nursing Students and Faculty for our Tuesday Balance, Movement, and Fun classes! We are grateful for the Support our Aging Religious Foundation that has provided a generous grant to create this collaboration with the university to help our sisters age well.
