Greetings Friends,
As our Convention moves forward, we advance as those keenly aware of the necessity to worship, serve, build, grow, fellowship, and glorify God together!
The month of February has been meaningful for our delegates on all fronts! We experienced a spirit-filled Musical & Awards Celebration; impactful teaching from the National Baptist Convention on "Creating Healthy Churches : Revitalizing and Replanting Struggling Churches" presented by Rev. Kenneth Robinson; a call to support the Nationwide Black History Fast, and, as usual, heart-warming fellowship!

We thank Rev. Frank M. Davis and the Zion Baptist Church family for hosting our 2026 Winter Board Meeting.

Please continue to pray for and support our Convention, and our President, Bishop Cleveland Thompson. And remember, We Are Stronger Together!

Our Annual Western State Baptist Convention | Colorado / Wyoming Annual Session will take place this upcoming Saturday, February 7th at 8:00AM at Zion Baptist Church, Denver, CO. Our time together will include a very timely, important, and informative special presentation on "Revitalizing and Replanting Struggling Churches" by a National Baptist Convention representative, Rev. Kenneth Robinson.

Please plan to attend this Board Meeting to support our Convention and participate in our unifying work to strengthen the Body of Christ and our Convention, and bring glory to God!

As a reminder, our traditional kick-off Musical and Awards Celebration will take place on Friday, February 6th at 7:00PM.

The WSBC CO/WY Youth and Young Adults Session will be held Saturday January 3, 2026 at Second Baptist Church Boulder, 5300 Baseline Rd, Boulder, CO. Registration and Breakfast will start at 8:00am. Our Session will go from 9am - 12pm.
