Hello all! On behalf of the Hillel community, we are wishing all of you good health during this unprecedented time. A lot of you may know that the Hillel/ Jewish community comes together on each Friday at sundown to celebrate Shabbat. Of course, this gathering was done at the Interfaith House when we were all at school. Still, we wanted to continue the tradition by meeting every Friday for 5-45 minutes to bless the candles, the wine, and the bread via zoom.

This Friday is a special Shabbat because we are honoring all of the seniors. Please attend! Even if it for 5 minutes––your presence will be appreciated!

Also, we hope to continue Shabbat throughout the summer because it really is a great way to feel connected again in a non-academic setting.
