IS IT FAIR? Or does a pouty face fit us?

We seek God's mercy.
If we got what we deserve - which would BE fair - we'd be done.

God's mercy allows us to seek His face (not the pouty emoji face) in the ways WE treat others (and ourselves).

Several schools have already started.
Many are starting next week.
And so we pray:
for students
and teachers
and parents, grandparents and care-givers
and siblings
and administrators and support staff, custodians, kitchen/meal makers
and school boards
and security/resource officers
and bus drivers, street crossing guards...and more....

God, as You call us to this new year on the journey of learning, may this year of education, safety, new friends, and growth be for EVERYONE. We pray for Your wisdom and Your ways to be our Guide. We pray this prayer in the name of Jesus, who we call Teacher. Amen!
