🎄✨ What a fantastic evening at our Christmas party! We had a great evening of fellowship with our Christian family

🍽️ We indulged in an incredible spread of delicious food, featuring every kind of chili you could imagine.

🎁 The highlight of the night was our lively white elephant gift exchange. And guess what? The infamous snake made a surprise return!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Elves are busy with preparations !!

🎉 **Chili Christmas Potluck & Annual White Elephant Gift Exchange** 🎁

Join us for a festive evening filled with delicious food and good company!

**🗓 Date:** December 5th
**🕔 Time:** 5:00 PM (Festivities start)
**📍 Location:** MVCOC Building
**👥 Participants:** Adults

Please bring your favorite chili and/or dessert to share! We’ll provide crackers, Fritos, sour cream, cheese, veggie trays, and drinks.

**Bring a friend, neighbor, or family member**—it's a wonderful way to introduce them to our church family!

The tragedy of the California fires has been on all our minds. Waldo Canyon and Black Forest fires impacted our community so we have a unique appreciation for impact of wildfire in an urban setting.

This is the organization who came to Colorado Springs when we had our wildfires and allowed us to serve or neighbors. .

You can check out their website to see what they are doing out in California. Here is a brief update from them.

Hi Everyone

As I am writing this the total lives lost is at 11 and the total structures destroyed is 12,000. I am in contact with people in the area that we worked with at the Carr Fire in 2018. They will give us updates on areas and ways we can help with food and meals. So far, we have sent funds to help with 7000 meals to be distributed in the Los Angeles County area.
