BFLC Youth Group Summer Kickoff tonight! The rain kept us inside but did not dampen our spirits. Looking forward to a summer of growth in relationship with God and each other this summer. Join us next Wednesday from 6:30-8:00pm!

We were blessed in this morning’s 8am service by a visit from Pastor Bedasa and Church Council President Abose from the Oromo Evangelical (Lutheran) Church in Denver (Aurora). Thankful for these Ethiopian brothers who are our mission partners in the NALC. We pray God continues to bless and strengthen their faithful ministry with and for Christ in the Denver area.

I feel very Privileged and Blessed to be sharing some of my story on May 2 at our church Revive event. I invite you to join us for a morning of encouragement and real conversation about faith, loss, and restoration. BFLC Women's Ministry is pleased to announce that the Spring 2026 REVIVE! event will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall of Black Forest Lutheran Church!
REVIVE! events are Bible based and provide thought-provoking fun. We share uplifting stories of what God is doing in and through us. Plus, we have awesome food while we enjoy fellowship with other sisters in Christ. If you haven't attended before, we encourage you to join us as we lift each other up in faith. Women of all ages and faiths are welcome!
Summer Topic: Still Standing: When God Rebuilds What Life Breaks
Frequently when we go through a dark period of our life we struggle with our faith and wonder where is God? Is He listening? Doesn’t He see this? The answer is He does. He is working all things for our good. We don’t always see it or feel it in those moments, but He is working.
We are excited to announce that Lisa Regennitter, long-time member of BFLC and the Director of Ministries will be sharing her story of brokenness to finding peace and a new beginning.
We'll provide breakfast, so come hungry!
