On Sunday morning, Aug. 30, we will commission the Oppels to their new season at Blue Ridge Harbor Ministries. We will also send off CD and Lucy Brink before they move to Texas to partner with Refuge Church. In the evening, we will meet at the farm of James & June Meadows at 4 PM for a church-wide picnic (food will be served at 5 PM). Chicken will be provided; families with last names starting A-L can bring desserts, while M-Z can bring side dishes. There will be cards at the welcome desk with the address.

Lawn games, folding chairs, and picnic blankets are welcome, along with any guests that are on your heart to invite.

During the picnic, we’ll offer an opportunity to collect cards/love offerings to support both the Opals and the Brinks. We hope you will join us as we celebrate what God is doing!
