The White House is supporting a major Christian prayer gathering called “Rededicate 250: National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise & Thanksgiving” on the National Mall on Sunday, May 17, 2026, as part of America’s 250th birthday celebration. The event is described as a day of Scripture, worship, testimony, prayer, and “rededication” of the country as “One Nation under God.”

To experience genuine love with our spouse, we must invite Christ into our relationship. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. When He is at the center, He binds our hearts together and helps us grow in love.

Love is lived out in the quiet moments.

Have you ever looked at your circumstances and felt like God’s goodness shows up for everyone else but not for you?

In the book of Ruth, we see Naomi wrestling with those same feelings. Her heart felt empty and her view of God was clouded by pain.

In today’s Revive Our Hearts episode, Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth reminds us that God is not our enemy. Even when our lives feel stripped and barren, the Lord is at work—drawing us back to Himself, restoring what was lost, and preparing a fullness we cannot yet see.

If you’re wrestling with disappointment or bitterness, remember: you don’t have to stay empty. When you come back to God as needy and broken, you become a candidate for His gracious provision.

"Thank you, Lord, that in the midst of our waywardness and our wandering and our foolishness at times, You are always drawing our hearts home. And as we return, there is hope. We know that if we are in You, we are safe. And that there is the hope that there will be fruitfulness and restoration."

—Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth

Aren't you so grateful for our Redeemer today? 💙
