🍎📚 A Back-to-School Prayer ✏️🙏🏼

As our children head back to school, we’re covering them, their teachers, and their schools in prayer. 💛

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for the gift of a new school year and for every child stepping into a classroom. Go before them and walk beside them each day.

🙏🏼 Protect them as they travel to and from school and throughout their day.

🧠 Give them wisdom, understanding, confidence, and a heart ready to learn.

💛 Calm the hearts of those who may be nervous or afraid, and remind them that they are never alone because You are always with them.

🤝 Surround them with good friends and help them show kindness, compassion, and Your love to those around them.

🍎 Bless their teachers and every person who has a hand in caring for and guiding them this year. Give them patience, wisdom, strength, and grace.

🏫 Place Your protection over every classroom, hallway, bus, and school campus. Keep our children safe and bring them home to their families each day.

Lord, remind our children that their worth is not found in grades, popularity, or the opinions of others. They are wonderfully made, deeply loved, and created by You for a purpose.

May they grow in knowledge, faith, kindness, and courage, and may they be a light wherever they go.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏼❤️

The doors are open, the backpacks are packed, and a brand-new adventure begins today!
As our students, teachers, and school staff head into the classrooms, we want to remind you that you don't go alone.
A new school year is a beautiful opportunity to let Jesus shine through everything you do.
We are praying for a safe, blessed, and wonderful first day for all our families!

Good morning Tejas Road facebook church. It is so hard to teach truth in today’s society. Not many people want to hear the truth and even fewer will receive the truth. Truth is, that it isn’t our responsibility what people do with the truth. It’s only our responsibility to deliver the truth. Proverbs 4:11
I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths.
God sees the totality of our lives. God knows us inside and out. This is why we speak and teach truth. No, it isn’t always easy to speak truth just as it isn’t always easy to hear truth. But who do we live to please? God or mankind? You see, being half honest or dishonest with people has never helped anyone. Yes, being honest may land you in hot water and being honest may cost you friendships or relationships but at the end of it all honesty and integrity will always be the best way to live. The Bible teaches that there is coming a day when we will answer for every idle word we speak. Examine yourself daily and always hold to the truth. The Truth has a name. Amen.
Heavenly Father we thank You Lord and we pray that You would always provide us the courage to remain honest and truthful. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.

Today’s message reminds us that we don’t have to fear the chaos around us. We need to stay watchful, grounded, and ready.

The world may change, but God’s Word never will.

Good morning Tejas Road facebook church. It is absolutely impossible to live the Christian life in our own strength. We need the Holy Spirit of God within us to accomplish all that God has call us to. Even with the help of the Holy Ghost often times we will try doing things on our own. Zechariah 4:6
Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, not by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.
There are things we God has equipped us to do for Him in this life. God has given talents and abilities to His people in order for us to bid His will However without the help of the Holy Ghost we can’t accomplish what God has planned for us. In our own strength we are weak and frail. But with the Spirit of God the impossible becomes possible for all things are possible with God. You don’t have to continue to go at it alone. Call upon the name of the Lord and ask Him for the strength you lack. Ask the Holy Spirit to enable you and to help you. God is there to lift the weight. Amen.
Heavenly Father we thank You for the life You have given us. Lord we thank You for the work You have equipped us for and for the Holy Spirit You have sent us. Thank You Jesus. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

🏄‍♂️ Final weekend of summer mode: ACTIVATED!
As we soak up these last few days of freedom, let's remember the ultimate math equation for life: Jesus > everything.
Greater than our schedules, greater than our worries, and greater than any test ahead.

When we have Jesus, we have an endless supply of grace, strength, and peace for every single day ahead. He is everything you need—and so much more. 💕

Good morning Tejas Road facebook church. We live in a fallen world. There are so many lost among us. How can we reach them all with the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Jesus tells us in Matthew 9:38
Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth labourers into His harvest.
We as Christians have been commissioned by Christ to preach the gospel. All of us. We should be in prayer always that God would send someone to those we can’t reach. Time is getting shorter by the day. We can no longer sit silently. Now is the time to warn people of the coming judgement. Folks if we open our eyes to what’s going on in this world as we read scriptures then we can’t deny that sooner rather than later Christ Jesus will return. Will He find us about His business or just living everyday life. It’s time we all become labourers. The harvest is near and I believe the time draws nigh, even at the door. Amen.
Heavenly Father there are so many in this world still Lord that don’t know You. Present us with opportunities Lord to share You with the lost. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.
