As we jump into the rhythm of a new week, it's easy to let our responsibilities feel like a crashing wave.

When things start to feel heavy, remember Psalm 93:4: “Mightier than the thunders of many waters, mightier than the waves of the sea, the Lord on high is mighty!” ⚓

No matter how high the tide gets this week, God’s power and love for you are always higher.
You don't have to navigate the deep waters alone. Take a deep breath and step out today knowing the Creator of the oceans has you completely in His hands.
Even the strongest waves obey His voice!

Good morning Tejas Road facebook church. Did you know that you are unique? You are a one of a kind. There is no one on this earth exactly like you. Not a sibling not a twin a parent no one. God made you this way. God made you special. 1 Timothy 4:14
Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery
At the time you accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, God gave you a certain spiritual gift to use in ministry to others. The way you use those gifts is uniquely linked to the talents and skills God has equipped you with and helped you develop. God designed you, just you, for a task and a purpose. If we neglect the calling on our lives then we miss our purpose and others are deeply affected. No matter what Gods will will be done. However think of the rewards that are awaiting you in His Kingdom. You are that perfect someone who will be used to show that other someone how to come back to Christ Jesus. Use your gifts and glorify your Heavenly Father. Amen.
Heavenly Father we thank You Lord for trusting us with the gifts and the calling You have given us. Help us Lord to recognize this calling and live a life of purpose giving all glory and praise to You our Lord. In Jesus Christ name I pray. Amen.

Good morning Tejas Road facebook church. Wisdom is as ancient as time. Before anything was created wisdom was with God. Proverbs 8:32
Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.
It is very important for us to seek God and to understand His ways. What’s more is that we keep His ways. The Israelites were command to write His laws on their heart and to pass them from generation to generation. Jesus tells us that if we love Him we will keep His commandments. Gods ways lead to eternal life. In fact living a life on this earth according to the Word of God richly blessed a person. Every principle in the Bible, if applied to daily living will be just as Jesus says. Life abundantly. We can’t call ourselves Christians and then live life with no regard to the Word of God for within His word we will find wisdom and life. Open your Bible this morning and read a single passage. Apply it daily and watch every area of your life begin to transform. Amen
Heavenly Father help us Lord to always seek You and to apply Your Word to our daily life that we may find grace in Your sight. In Jesus Christ name I pray. Amen.

Good morning Tejas Road facebook church. None of us like to be corrected Wait a minute, I’m grown you’re not fixing to correct me. On the contrary, we all should allow the Word of God to correct us. In fact we should search for correction. Proverbs 6:23
For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life.
Solomon tells us corrections are the way of life. You see every one of us may seem to be right until we look from another angle. Be careful when someone tries to correct you based on their opinion but if someone shows you correction in the Word of God then embrace it. A godly friend is precious. And Jesus standeth closer than a brother. If we are to live our lives as Christians then God correction for our mistakes should be wanted by each of us. If we ever get to a place where we are to proud for correction then we are living in a dangerous environment. Pride goes before the fall and we should always always be humble. God giveth grace to the humble. Remember, being corrected with the Word of God only leads us to be better witnesses and better servants. Look to Gods commands and law and let the teachings of Jesus Christ correct your daily living. Amen
Heavenly Father I know I have made mistakes. Create in me a clean heart Lord and forgive my failures. In Jesus Christ name I pray. Amen.

Good morning Tejas Road facebook church. We should take great comfort in knowing that God watches over us always. God watches us always. Proverbs 5:21
For the ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord, and He pondereth all his goings.
The Bible teaches that God is not a respecter of persons. You see church, God weighs our motives. Everything we say and do should only come from a place of love for God and for others. Good deeds done with scoffering or with intentions on an earthly reward just don’t measure up to Gods will. God knows the heart of man. That little voice we speak to ourselves with, isn’t hid from God. God knows our actions and God knows our heart. Even the conversations we have when no one else is listening. God hears those as well. Be sure all you’re doing is coming from a place of love because if it’s not then maybe you shouldn’t be doing it at all. Amen.
Heavenly Father I take great comfort in knowing You know my heart. Lord make in me a clean heart that all my actions and words or given from a place of love. In Jesus Christ name I pray. Amen.
