Do you own a Bible? Do you get your verses online as part of a daily devotional? How much time in a week do you read, then contemplate what was read? I've suggested 5 minutes a day in the past. No readings this week, just questions on your reading habits and where you get your reading material.

Pentecost Sunday: Perhaps from my perspective the most important Sunday of the year - At least as important as the other two big days, Christmas and Easter. Since it is so special I'll ask for extra time this week (10 min. a day) to read and think about the meaning:

Acts 2:1-21 or Numbers 11:24-30
Psalm 104:24-34, 35b
1 Corinthians 12:3b-13 or Acts 2:1-21
John 20:19-23 or John 7:37-39

Saw a book today - Read the bible in a year for men at Sam's. The subtitle: Five minutes a day.
I'll give you four verses to read
Old Testament: Ezekiel 34:1-7
Wisdom: Psalm 115:1-11.18b
Letters in NT: 1 Peter 3:13-22
Gospel: John 14:15-21
