🎉 Today’s the Day! 🎒

Back-to-School Blast Off is happening today from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Living the Word Church, 17 Gateway Dr., Collinsville, IL!

Registration is encouraged at livingtheword.net/backtoschool

This FREE community event is open to all children ages 4–18. You do not have to be a member of Living the Word Church to attend.

While supplies last, families can receive free backpacks, school supplies, resources, giveaways, haircuts, school physicals, and mental health resources.

We can’t wait to see you!

Join Ascension Teen Ministry for our Back-to-School Blast Off on Saturday, August 8 | 11 AM–2 PM at Living the Word Church! 🚀

FREE backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, school physicals, mental health resources, prayer & affirmation, food, games, and more!

Our 3rd Annual Back to School Blast Off is almost here, and we can’t wait to spend the day with you!

A few friendly reminders:
✅ Please keep your children with you or within your immediate vicinity throughout the event.
✅ Bring a lawn chair if you’d like to sit back and enjoy the festivities.
✅ Come ready for an afternoon filled with school supplies, community resources, food, games, interactive activities, and family fun!

Gear up for the new school year at the LTWC Ascension Back-to-School event!

🚨 Mission Project Update! 🚨

The barrels are in! It's time to start bringing in donations for our VBS Mission Project in partnership with Operation Food Search.

We are collecting non-perishable canned and dried food items to help support local families in need.

Most Needed Items:
🥫 Canned and dried foods
🍲 Soup or meals in a can
🥕 Low-sodium canned vegetables
🍝 Whole grain pasta
🫘 Beans

⚠️ Please do not bring items in glass containers.

Thank you for helping us teach our children the importance of serving others and showing God's love through generosity. Every donation makes a difference!
