It's teacher appreciation week. Our teachers and helpers work really hard to make sure your kiddos have a positive experience. I would like to have a build your own taco salad bar on Thursday to treat them! I will provide taco meat. I am wondering if any parents would be willing to bring some items to help us celebrate our teachers. If you are interested, please sign up below! We have 15 helpers so please keep that in mind.

1. Chopped lettuce or salad mix
2.Shredded Cheese
3. Doritos
4. Chopped tomato
5. Diced onion
6. Chili beans
7. Squeeze Sour Cream
8. Guacamole?
9. Anything else you can think of for a taco salad
10. Salsa
11. Dessert
12. Dessert

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Tomorrow we will be having mini corndogs. There also will be cheese cubes, carrots and dessert as well. PLEASE SEND YOUR child's cup. IF your kiddo will not eat these things, PLEASE send an alternative lunch for them!!

Impact Kids is now accepting enrollment for children who have begun walking (around 1 year) to age 4. We are in session on T and TH each week during the school year. We meet from 9-2 on those days. Tuition is $160 per month and we have a once a year enrollment fee of $50. It pays for supplies like crayons, glue etc. and provides snacks for the kiddos as well. Usually once a month we ask for $1-$2 to provide a fun lunch for the children—hamburgers, pizza etc. it is always nice to break up the monotony of sending lunches.
We separate rooms according to ages and limit our class sizes. We take children 6 months through pre-k. There are 2 teachers in each class. We have a rotating schedule. Our rotations are to different classes like art, music and sensory as well as outside or big room play. Children hear stories, sing songs and learn about Jesus.
Parents send a lunch with their kiddos-something simple that doesn't have to be heated or refrigerated. They need a nap mat or sleeping bag for rest time. We ask that children do not bring personal toys to class—the exception, however, is during rest time if they have a lovie or something that helps them to relax.
We do have a program for our three-year-olds that is also on Wednesday. (It is an additional $40 per month.) These are the only children we require to be potty trained. Class size is limited. We focus on special learning activities and STEM type activities on Wednesdays.

Please let me know (even if we have spoken) if your child will be attending Impact Kids in the fall. Classes fill up rather quickly and we want our kiddos and their families to have the first opportunity to attend!!
