“Cast the net on the right side of the boat…” — John 21:6 🎣

Tonight at Collinsville Kids, we focused on Jesus’ third appearance to His disciples in John 21 and a powerful lesson in listening and trusting Him.

🐟 After catching nothing all night, the disciples obeyed Jesus’ simple instruction, and their nets were suddenly so full they could hardly pull them in.

Our kids learned that when we listen to Jesus and trust what He says, even when it doesn’t make sense, He provides in ways we could never expect. A heavy net full of fish started with simple obedience 💛

Parents and families, thank you for allowing us to walk alongside your children as they grow in faith and understanding. These moments are planting seeds that will last a lifetime.

☁️ After finishing his ministry on Earth, Jesus rose up into the clouds to return to God. Two angels told the disciples that Jesus will return to Earth the same way he left.

♥️ We are called to share the Good New and Jesus' love with others, and we have the ability to do that through the Holy Spirit.

💬 Ask your Collinsville Kids crew all about Jesus' ascension into Heaven, and read Acts 1:4-11 together as a family this week.

So proud of all of our Bible Drillers! We had church drills 2 weeks ago and associations drills today (but I forgot to take a picture 🫣).

Hiding God’s Word in our hearts and learning to use our Bibles serve us for a lifetime🎉

Cheering on our amazing Collinsville Kids Bible Drillers! 📖 Your dedication, hard work, and love for God’s Word are inspiring to us all.

We’re also praying for those of you headed into this weekend’s associational drill—may you have confidence, clarity, and peace as you recall His truth. No matter the results, you are already winners for hiding God’s Word in your hearts! 💙

Our SN@C (Sunday Nights at Collinsville) Kids classes wrapped up tonight, and we've loved learning and growing in our knowledge of Him!

Life Group sign ups are going on now, with many of our host homes excited to welcome families with children of all ages.

Tonight at Collinsville Kids, our Trailblazers learned what it means to let God’s love take the lead! 💛🥾

♥️ From games and crafts to small group time, we explored Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 5:43–48 and Psalm 99:1–5, discovering that God calls us to love everyone, even those who may be unkind.

🙏 We talked about building bridges, showing mercy, praying for others, and trusting God to help us love like He does.

Parents, thank you for letting us partner with you as your kids follow Jesus, our true Trailblazer. 🌄

We've loved pouring into each child this week!

👑 Our Collinsville Kids learned all about Esther tonight — a brave young woman who trusted God with a very important mission!

👣 We explored how God placed Esther right where she needed to be so she could speak up and save her people.

❓ Ask your child to tell you how Esther showed courage by going to the king, even though it was scary.

🙏 Remind your child that God has a purpose for us too, and He can use our courage to help others.

🎁 This month, our Collinsville Kids are partnering with Operation Christmas Child! We’ll be collecting items to pack shoebox gifts that share God’s love with children around the world. We’d love for your family to join in!
