strategically,
conditionally,

The Holy Spirit did not come simply to make people emotional.
He came to make people empowered witnesses.

The Spirit reminds us:

what Jesus said
who we are

What if patience is not the absence of power, but the pathway to it?
In this Pentecost Sunday message, Power Through Patience, Dallas Amsden explores the upside-down way of the Kingdom, where true power does not come through control, speed, or self-reliance. It comes through surrender, waiting, and the presence of the Holy Spirit.

The world says, “Move faster. Take control. Force the outcome.”
The Kingdom says, “Wait on the Lord. Empty your hands. Receive the Spirit.”
Because in the Kingdom of God, the Spirit fills what surrender empties.

We admire action. We reward speed. We celebrate control.

Jesus often says: “Wait.”
What if waiting is not weakness?

What if the waiting room is where God prepares you for power?
