Pay Attention to What Fills You

Not everything that takes your time gives you life.

Some things drain us.
Some things restore us.

Mental health isn’t only about reducing stress.
It’s also about increasing what nourishes your soul.

Pay attention to what leaves you feeling:
• peaceful
• encouraged
• connected
• hopeful

Those things matter.
Healing grows when we intentionally make room for what fills us.

Make a list of three things that genuinely refill your emotional tank.
Choose one and do it this week.
