Adventure Week is almost here! 🚀🤠

Last night, our volunteers gathered for our final Adventure Week training, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome all of our kids next week! We spent time praying over every child, their families, and all that God has planned for the week to come.

This year, kids will discover that no matter where they go or what they face, they’ve got a Friend in Jesus! 💙

We can’t wait to welcome our kids for a week full of fun, faith, friendship, and learning more about the greatest Friend we’ll ever have.

You may notice a little extra tape, patching, and fresh paint around our KIDS spaces this Sunday! 🎨🖌️

No worries… classrooms and hallways are all open, safe, and ready for your kiddos! We’re just giving our spaces a little refresh to make them even more welcoming, fun, and awesome for our families. 💙

Thanks for your patience while we spruce things up! We can’t wait to see your crew this Sunday! 🙌

Adventure Week Prep Day 1 was a huge success! Thank you to all the volunteers (and our Admin team!!) who just kept coming throughout the day!

We finished several items on our prep list: kids’ swag bags, stage décor, crew leader bags, baptism boxes, foyer décor, and more!

Our next Adventure Week Prep Day is Friday, May 29th!

It’s the Wednesday Night Finale and we’re going out with a bang! 🎉

Preschool will enjoy a cozy movie night featuring Toy Story 2 🍿 while our elementary kids take on an epic drop zone experience packed with energy and fun!💥

It’s the perfect way to celebrate an amazing Spring Semester together—full of laughter, friends, and unforgettable moments. And of course… Chick-fil-A nuggets for everyone! 🙌

This week's leader spotlight is Mari Burk✨
Mari is a wonderfully creative and engaging Bible Story Teacher in our preschool ministry! She uses innovative games, hilarious object lessons, and music to teach our young kiddos about God’s Word! We love Ms. Mari and can’t wait to see what she has for us next week!

Give it a listen (or a few 😄) and let it stick with you. Play it in the car on the way to practices or appointments with your kids—let it gently shift the atmosphere from worry to peace.

Our kids are constantly flooded with information, and whether we realize it or not, that can create a lot of anxiety in their little minds.

Parents—check the comments for some of my favorite resources for kids who struggle with worry.

💛 Of course Pastor Craig had the best advice in His sermon yesterday... when worry builds up inside us... start with prayer! Praying out loud is powerful. Let your children hear you pray for them, with them, over them. 💛
