This Sunday in CrossCreek Kids we learned from Luke 12 that Jesus taught that life is about more than the things we have! 💛

Jesus wants us to trust God to take care of what we need. Just like God takes care of the birds and makes the flowers beautiful, He takes care of us too! 🌸🐦

Jesus reminds us that God is our Father, He knows what we need, and we can trust Him. 🙌

💬 Questions to Ask Your Kids:
• What did Jesus teach about having lots of stuff?
• Why was the man with the big barns being foolish?
• How does God take care of the birds and flowers?
• What is something you can thank God for today?
• How can we show that we trust God instead of worrying?

This past Sunday, we celebrated 28 kids during our Parent + Child Dedication! 🤍 What a special day as families committed to raising their little ones to know and love Jesus. We are so thankful to be part of these families’ journeys and can’t wait to see all that God has in store for these sweet kiddos! ✨

Our kids put their prayer power into action! 🙏💙

For our Heroes’ Prayer Project, our elementary kids got to pray for some of the real-life heroes in our community, our first responders! 🚒🚑👮‍♀️

We love seeing our kids learn that prayer isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we can put into action! 🙌

This past Sunday at CrossCreek, we had the incredible joy of watching some of our kids take the next step in their faith and get baptized! 🙌

There is nothing sweeter than seeing kids choose to follow Jesus and publicly declare their faith. We are so proud of each of them and so excited for what God is going to continue doing in their lives! ✨
