Camp Mending Hearts Finale was today! Thank you so much to everyone who participated, served, and supported at camp this year - it was a massive success! In light of camp ending, we continue to hope and pray for these sweet kiddos and their grief journeys as life continues on after camp. See you next year CMH!!!🏕️💙

DAY THREE IS UNDERWAY!! Today the kids had the opportunity to work through team building exercises, decorate cookies, and create their own ‘grief kits,’ reminding them that their grief doesn’t have to be something that they shoulder alone. Stay tuned for our final day of camp tomorrow!!

Camp Mending Hearts Day 2 has been a blast! Today the kiddos had a chance to discuss emotions, and healthy coping mechanisms based off of how they feel, understanding that no emotion is “bad” or off the table during their grief journey. We are so thankful to everyone who is helping to pull camp off-It’s been a great success so far, and we can’t wait for day three! Stay tuned for more updates!

Camp Mending Hearts Day 1 was a total success! Today’s theme was Psalms 139:14, which says, “I am fearfully and wonderfully made”. Their craft time today was creating a custom fabric cover for a new notebook, reminding them that each and every one of them is unique and has their own story to tell. Stay tuned for day 2!
