Hello Family and Friends of House of Mercy Everlasting (HOME)
This letter is to officially announce that the Board of Directors of House of Mercy Everlasting decided to close the doors of HOME effective March 31, 2022. Our founding Pastor Pierre D. Cox started this ministry out of a pure heart to effect positive change in peoplesβ lives. His mission was to groom and cultivate church and community leaders so they could go out and continue to do the same. He looked at HOME as an incubator where those who accepted their calling in Christ could fully explore their unique purpose. HOME was not a final spiritual destination for most that entered the sanctuary, but while members and visitors were connected to the ministry, we hoped to make sure all felt loved and at home.
We would like to thank every member, visitor, and supporter of this ministry for your authentic connection to this body of believers. Your tangible physical presence and financial support helped make our ministry easier and allowed us to focus on the mission of HOME. On behalf of the late Pierre D. Cox, founder; former lead Pastor Mashaun D. Simon, Associate Pastor Marc Woodard, Executive Pastor Lorenzo Smith and various other elders, deacons, and ministers, we thank everyone for their love, and support over the years. We also hope that you were able to gain lifelong lessons that you can apply to your purpose by being connected in some way to this ministry.
Lastly, the outreach organization connected to HOME, Home Outreach Incorporated (HOI), will resume operations in fall of 2022. Please be on the lookout for announcements coming soon.
