This Thursday, our kitchen will serve Seafood Pot Pie prepared with shrimp, salmon and flounder in a base of potatoes, celery, leeks, peas, and cream sauce topped with puff pastry, and served with a side of Chopped Rainbow Veggie Salad (arugula, beets, red cabbage, multi-colored peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots with a Dill-Chive Ranch dressing). For dessert, enjoy a delicious slice of Lemon Bar made with a buttery shortbread crust, lemony curd topping, garnished with powdered sugar and lemon zest. Yum! This Tuesday, our kitchen will serve Grilled Teriyaki Chicken served with 3 sides: Mushrooms Fried Rice with peas, spring onion, garlic, edamame, soy sauce, etc., Spinach with Sesame Seed and Garlic sauteed with sesame oil, and Carrot Coconut Salad prepared with toasted coconut, ginger, honey, coconut cream, lime, salt and cilantro, providing a delicious and amazing balance of flavors - we just tried it for the first time and were very pleased!
