I often pondered why I wasn't receiving preaching engagements, but I find fulfillment in sharing God's word with Olive Branch Community Ministries Family. Having preached in Atlanta since I was 18, I've noticed many churches prefer fiery 'hell and brimstone' sermons. However, a professor once advised me, 'Edward, there are numerous 'how-to' books available.' His point was that instead of condemning, we should focus on guiding individuals away from sin. Humans inherently understand right and wrong. So, when addressing issues like immorality, emphasizing God's unconditional love and redemption is crucial. Continuous condemnation is ineffective; valuable teaching and encouragement are essential for transformative change.
