Custom wedding rosaries are my favorite rosaries to make! They feel like this constant reminder to the couple that a marriage isn't just between a husband and a wife but also between them and God. On May 16th a friend of mine was ordained a priest. It was a beautiful mass and a exciting weekend overall!

A priest's ordination is often viewed as their wedding as they marry the church. Because of this I felt it was only fitting to gift him a rosary with his "wedding" date. Similar to those I have done many times before for the rest of our friends in celebration of their weddings.

Happy Easter!

God, may we feel the warm embrace of your love on this sacred day. May the glory of Jesus's resurrection remind us that with You, nothing is impossible or without hope. We pray in Your name. Amen.

Today, we reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus for the forgiveness of sins at His crucifixion.

What cross do you bear? Have you thanked Christ for his sacrifice?

“While they were eating, Jesus took bread, said the blessing, broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, ‘Take and eat; this is my body.’” — Matthew 26:26

Holy Thursday (Maundy Thursday) marks the beginning of the Easter Triduum and commemorates the Last Supper. We often observe this day by attending Mass, where the priest washes the feet of parishioners, mirroring Jesus’ act of humility and service to His apostles. We also witness the foreshadowing of Judas’s betrayal and Peter’s denial.

How has your Lent journey been? How are you preparing your heart for the risen Lord this Easter? Have you fallen short of the promises you made on Ash Wednesday?

Lord Jesus, as we remember Your love on this Holy Thursday, teach me to serve with humility, to trust in Your mercy, and to return to You with all my heart. Prepare me to rejoice in Your Resurrection. Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, on this Palm Sunday, as we remember Your triumphant entry into Jerusalem, let us also remember the path that lay before You. Fill our hearts with the humility and faithfulness that You displayed. Teach us to follow Your example of selfless love, to praise You in our hearts and with our lives, as we carry our crosses daily. Hosanna in the Highest!

Happy St. Valentine’s Day!

Saint Valentine was a third-century Roman bishop from whom many of our modern Valentine’s Day traditions stem, including the phrase “your Valentine.” While chocolates and roses often overshadow the day, I invite you to put the Catholic back into this Catholic feast day.

Consider offering a rosary or Mass for those you love! There are also many beautiful prayers written specifically for loved ones that you could include in your plans for the day.
