Goffney the name God’s Restoration Revival Center Holiness Church. It’s based on the scriptures in the Old Testament Joel 2:28-32 and the New Testament Acts 2:16-21. In both the Old and New Testaments, God promises a Restoration of His people and an outpouring of His spirit causing a Revival to take place in the midst (Center). This phenomena results in Holiness (Hebrew 12:14); and brings about a Church where all it takes are two or three assembled together in Jesus name (St.
