Some of God’s greatest work begins where comfort ends.

Growth will often require us to move beyond what feels familiar, convenient, or easy. The uncomfortable place may be the very place where God is stretching your faith, strengthening your character, and preparing you for what comes next.

Min. Jerry Williams reminded us Sunday that comfort can feel safe, but it doesn’t always take us where God is calling us to go.

Min. Jerry Williams brought a powerful reminder to New Destiny Church: your identity is not determined by what people have said about you, how others see you, or even how you may have seen yourself.

You were created in the image and likeness of God. That means your value was established before anyone else had an opinion about you. When you understand who you belong to, the labels, limitations, and voices around you no longer get the final word.

Thank you, Min. Jerry Williams, for sharing the Word and reminding us to see ourselves through what God has spoken over our lives.
