Coldspring Methodist Men “Helping Men Grow in Christ, So Others May Know Christ.” We meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7 A.M. for a delicious breakfast in the Fellowship Hall.

The Coldspring Methodist Men’s Ministry at Coldspring Methodist Church (CMC) is a ministry that has reached out throughout the church and community in many ways. FREE SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP: OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY!
The Coldspring Methodist Church Emergency Support Services (ESS) is sponsoring a FREE Self-Defense Workshop with Krav Maga practitioner John Shaughnessy of JMS Consultants, LP!

📍 Coldspring Methodist Church Gymnasium
💲 FREE OF CHARGE
👥 Ages 21 and up
This is not a martial arts or boxing class. John will be teaching practical self-defense techniques focused on protecting yourself, escaping an attacker, and knowing what to do once you get free.
We wanted to make this available not only to our church family, but to the entire community. Come join us, learn something useful, and bring a friend!
