Parents….

No, I won’t “let them decide when they’re older.”

They’re going to grow up knowing Jesus.
They’re going to know what it feels like to walk into church and feel at home.
They’re going to hear us pray.
They’re going to see us worship.
They’re going to learn to love people, forgive people, serve people, and give grace.

They’re going to know where to turn when life gets heavy.

They’re going to know that when the world tells them they aren’t enough, Jesus says they are loved.

Will they have questions someday? Probably.
Will they make mistakes? Absolutely.
Could they grow up and choose a different path? They could.

And if they choose to walk away when they’re older, that will be between them and God.

But while they’re under my roof?

I’m planting the seeds.
I’m taking them to church.
I’m praying over them.
I’m teaching them the Word.
I’m showing them what it looks like to need Jesus—not just on Sundays, but every single day.

I can’t control the adults they’ll become.

But I can make sure they grow up knowing exactly where home is when their soul gets tired.

My job isn’t to make their future choices for them.

My job is to raise them in the way they should go, pray like crazy, plant the seeds, and trust God with the harvest. 🤍

This month, your ministry won't end when families walk out your doors.

It will walk into elementary schools. ✏️
Middle schools. 📚
High schools. 🛎️
Lunchrooms.🍎
Playgrounds. 🛝
School buses. 🚌
Locker rooms.

That's the beauty of children's ministry.
Every week, God entrusts us with little missionaries carrying big hope ❤️‍🔥🙏🏻 into places we'll never go ourselves.

So this month...
Don't just pray children have a good first day.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 they remember who they are.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 they notice the lonely child.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 they choose kindness.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 they have courage.
𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲 they carry Jesus into every classroom they enter.

Because the Church isn't staying in your building this month.

What an awesome ending to a fantastic week at VBS!! We had 9 kids give their heart to the Lord tonight! We can never thank everyone who helped and donated to make this VBS as special as it was and because of all
your time and giving, we can rejoice for these 9 that were saved tonight. ❤️
