BBC Family & Friends,

Twenty-five years ago, following the tragedy of September 11, 2001, I wrote a song as I reflected on the devastating events of that day.

September 11th was a direct attack on our nation and a day that forever changed America. As Christians, we continue to place our faith and hope in Jehovah God and His Son, Jesus Christ, even in the face of hatred and tragedy.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the thousands of innocent Americans whose lives were lost, and especially the courageous first responders and others who gave their lives while trying to save others. May we never forget their sacrifice, their families, and the tremendous loss our nation experienced that day.

I’ve included a link to the song I wrote in remembrance of September 11th. I hope it serves as a reminder of where our hope and strength are found.
