This is the official page for the members and friends of the First Baptist Church of Coffeyville, KS. We are affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA denomination. Dick Smith, or simply "Pastor Dick" as we call him. He and his wife, Diana, came home to Coffeyville in October of 2019 and are excited to journey with the people of First Baptist as we love and serve as unto the Lord together,

loving one another as brothers and sisters in Christ for the sake of the Gospel and the good of our community. Pastor Dick Smith has been in ministry for 33 years, beginning here in Coffeyville after Managing a Radio Shack in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the 1980's. He was the Youth and Young Adults Pastor where his responsibilities included worship leading here at First Baptist and then in 1998 he and Diana and moved to Augusta, Kansas where they began a 21 year journey of fulfilling the same role there.
