Last night we took a group photo of our Thursday Night Awana group at Transform Ministries. The image is blurred to protect our sweet clubbers, but I could not resist sharing as a glimpse of what God has done this year.

Thank you to everyone who said YES to serving, helping, and showing up week after week. We are so grateful for each of you, and we’ve seen God’s goodness all throughout this first year!

It’s time for Step Up Night! 🎉

On Thursday, April 23, our current 4-year-old Cubbies will get to spend the evening with Sparks, and our 2nd grade Sparkies will be visiting T&T. This is a fun chance to get a sneak peek at what their new clubs will be like next year!

Then on Sunday, April 26, our 5th & 6th grade T&T clubbers are invited to visit Trek and experience Awana’s middle school ministry.

✨ It’s almost time - our very first night of Awana is THIS Thursday, September 4!

📍 Where: Transform Ministries (First Baptist Church building)
424 E Wallace Ave, Coeur d’Alene

🚦 Club starts: 6:10 PM
⏱️ Club ends: 8:15 PM

Don’t forget:

👉 Bring a refillable water bottle labeled with your clubber’s name (drinking fountains are limited)
👉 Parking is limited. Plan ahead!
👉 Head to the lobby for check-in (look for our signs & greeters!)

⭐️ WHAT IS AWANA? ⭐️
Awana is a weekly Bible-based discipleship program for kids and teens in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Each week includes scripture memory, small group time, large group teaching, games, and songs. We’ll be offering the following groups this year:

❤️ Sparks (Grades K–2)
💙 T&T (Truth & Training) (Grades 3–5)
💚 Trek (Grades 6–8)
💛 Journey (Grades 9–12)

⭐️ WHO IS LEADING THIS NEW AWANA CLUB? ⭐️
We’re excited to bring together a leadership team with more than 100 years of combined experience!

⭐️ WILL CUBBIES BE AVAILABLE? ⭐️
Cubbies, Awana’s preschool ministry, will be offered only to children of those serving in our program. It will be led by Beth Schreindl. If you’re planning to serve and want to register a Cubbie, please email our Awana Secretary, Joel Varney, at [email protected].

⭐️ WHEN DOES AWANA MEET? ⭐️
Cubbies, Sparks & T&T meet Thursdays from 6:10 - 8:15 PM, starting September 4. Trek & Journey meet Sundays from 6:10 - 8:15 PM, starting September 7.
