The Cross NOR The Tomb could hold King Jesus Back. Happy Resurrection Day to all of you!
He loves you and he knows you are not perfect. All he asks of you is to accept him, love him, trust him, abide by his commandments, and know that he is the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings.
So many people have been hurt/let down by the Church…. I’ve seen so many people get soured on Church due to feeling like they are being judged, or belittled etc. Sitting in a pew every Sunday or Wednesday, or preaching from the pulpit does not make you spotless, and it alone will not get you into the kingdom of Heaven. Judging others, Having Jealously or hate in your heart will NOT get you there either.
God judges us by our hearts. If Jesus would come down to earth, he wouldn’t be going to these big nice churches with people who only go through the “motions” of being a believer, & the ones who think they are righteous. He would leave 200 of these type of people to go be with that one person who is hurting, confused, or feeling all alone.
I truly believe that you will win over more souls for the Kingdom of Heaven by being a lot less judgmental and more passionate for people. Don’t get me wrong, Church is a wonderful place to be if there for the right reasons… However, 80% of the lost and the hurt won’t go to church due to being afraid of being hurt or judged, where it has happened so many times throughout History. You can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, Just you & him. You do not have to be in a church service or around a Pastor to be saved. They can’t get you to heaven, only you and your relationship with Christ & The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob can get you there.
If anyone tries to judge you, put you down, or makes you feel like you will hit Hell wide open , those are the ones who God will deal with on judgement day. I can say all of this because I have been involved with different churches and I’ve seen this happen to people many times. And I’ve seen folks who stand in the pulpit or on a stage proclaiming the gospel of Jesus, only for attention and to be seen.
It’s simple…. Love the Lord with all thine heart, ask him to forgive you daily, and let him hold your hand throughout this life, and keep him in your heart always. Because he is definitely alive, and definitely the best friend you will ever have. Never feel like you are unworthy of asking God for anything, he loves you, you are his child, you were created in his own image. Love more, Pray More, and judge less.

MATHEW 7:1-5
(1) “Do not judge, or you too will be judged.
(2) “For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
(3) “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
(4) “How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?
(5) “You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.”
